Start Up Services, including advice on what vehicle to use (company, soletrader, partnership or LLP). I can also help with the set up of each and dealing with the HM Revenue and Customs and Companies House. As part of this I have links with several solicitors regarding legal agreements, terms of trade etc...
Accounts Production and Statutory Accounts together with Tax calculations
Advice on VAT, PAYE and NIC
Assistance with Bookeeping and Management Accounts, including advice on software needs etc (I am registered with Sage and QuickBooks)

Over many years trading in the area and dealing with many hundreds of businesses during that time I have a large list of contacts and potential suppliers for a whole host of services which I am more than happy to discuss with any customer should they be seeking a specific product or service.
